Mas Geli is a family project motivated by our thrill to elaborate a wine that expresses every essence of its original territory. Family of artists and musicians inspires them with musical wine names and labels. 

Mas Geli is located in ' Els Masos de Pals', a privileged region surrounded by the rocky ranges of Begur and Montgrí. In turn, its sandy and limestone terroir, together with its proximity to the sea and the particular microclimate of the zone, bring out a unique personality in the wine that is produced.

Our philosophy is based on a thorough care of the vine from the very beginning. 
By means of organic farming and manual harvesting, we select the best product to elaborate our wine.

At present, we count on fiifteen acres of vine, in which several autochthonous varieties from l'Empordà can be found, such as white grenache, rouge grenache, red grenache, white carignan, red carignan and 'subirat parent', among others.

Our aim is to create a new experience, which, based on a wonderful environment, combines the freshness of the sea and the vigour of the tramontane.

NOTES DE BLANC 2022

  • DO Emporda

  • Varieties: 45% White Grenache, 45% Red Grenache, 10% Subirat Parent

  • Alcohol: 12.5º

  • Organic wine

  • Tasting Notes:

In sight, it is clean and bright, pale yellow, with hints of new gold. On the nose, it is clean and frank, with fruity aromas, where you can recognize aromas such as pear and lychee, with mineral notes.

In the mouth, it is fruity, fresh and light, with a well-balanced acidity and aromas.

NOTES DE NEGRE 2022

  • DO Emporda

  • Varieties: Grenache Noir

  • Organic Wine

  • Alcohol: 13.5º

  • Tasting Notes:

Clean and bright, it has a ruby red colour, with light purple tones. On the nose, it is clean and free of aromas, dominated by red raspberry fruit and fresh cherry, under a very elegant balsamic background.

In the mouth, it is fruity, dynamic and sweet. Overall it is balanced, fine and round.

NOTES DE ROSAT 2022

  • Varieties: Samsó Negre

  • Organic Wine

  • Alcohol: 12º

  • Tasting Notes:

Clean and bright in appearance, it has an onion skin color. On the first nose, it is clean and frank. They dominate the aromas of white fruit, highlighting the apple. In the mouth, it is very light and easy, with a good balance of acidity and alcohol content.

Lively, round and sweet, it reminds me of apple juice and generous wine.

SENSE PRESSA BLANC 2022

  • "Sense pressa" means "with no rush"

  • Ageing: Four months of ageing in a French oak barrels.

  • Tasting Notes:

The Sense Pressa Blanc is clean and bright, pale yellow of medium intensity, with golden reflections. On the nose, it is clean and frank, with aromas of ripe white fruit under a subtle pastry background.

In the mouth, it is fruity, complex and delicious. In short, it is a gastronomic and elegant wine.

SENSE PRESSA NEGRE 2022

  • "Sense pressa" means "with no rush"​

  • Alcohol: 13.5% vol.

  • Ageing: Six months of ageing in French oak barrels.

  • Tasting Notes:

The Sense Pressa Negre is clean and bright, of medium intensity ruby ​​color, with garnet reflections.

On the nose, it is clean and free of aromas, with red fruit such as strawberry and cherry, with a background of pepper and pastry.

In the mouth, it is fresh, round and sweet. It is a wine that invites you to drink it eating a gastronomic dish.
