A FAMILY OF 6 SISTERS AND 1 BROTHER

Our main objective is the worldwide recognition of the exclusive quality of our cava. That is why every year we elaborate our cava following the traditional method in order to offer the world this wonderful product.

  • Family-Owned Company:  We are a young company, descendants of an old family dedicated to vineyards and cava.

  • Limited production: Accurate selection and coupage of the base wines - chardonnay, macabeu, xarel·lo and parellada.

  • Every detail counts: Fermentation is done inside the bottle, following the traditional method.

  • Quality standard: We offer a high-quality range of products at competitive prices

There is no doubt that the location of our property in the main entrance of Sant Sadurní is privileged. Not only because of the beautiful extense vineyards that surround us but also because it is only 20 km away from the Mediterranean sea and 30 km away from the city of Barcelona.

The light of the Mediterranean sun and the proximity to the sea make our grapes ripen preserving all their aroma and freshness, what contributes in a decisive way to the vigorous and effervescent character of our cava.

Family Spirit:

The Ventura Soler’s marriage gathers together the long winemaking history of two traditional families of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. In 2003 we decided to create our own family business, holders of vineyards and wine knowledge that has been passed on from generation to generation, at the service of the creation of the ideal sparkling wine.

Little by little, our seven children have accompanied us moved by the same enthusiasm and committed to the constant growth of our cava.

CAVA RESERVA

FRESH - ALLURING - VIBRANT

  • DO Penedes

  • Varieties: Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada

  • Type: Brut Nature (residual sugars < 3gr/l)

  • Aging: 18 months

  • Alcohol: 11.5º

  • Recommendations: Serve chilled ( between 6ºC – 8ºC)

  • The nose is fine and expressive, giving off aromas of peach and white flowers. The mouthfeel is lively, fresh and harmonious. Flavors of fruits and honey are then delicately expressed. The Cava Brut Natural Reserva, which acquires all its maturation during the 18 months of aging in the cellar, has a dry, fresh and pleasant palate.

CAVA PRIMER CUVÉE

DELICATE - GENEROUS - FRUITY

  • D.O Penedes

  • Varieties: Chardonnay, Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada

  • Type: Brut Nature (residual sugars < 3gr/l)

  • Ageing: 30 months

  • Alcohol: 11.5º

  • Recommendations: Serve chilled ( between 6ºC – 8ºC)

  • The bubbles are fine and delicately form a string of creamy and persistent foam. The first aromas are mineral and quickly turn vegetal, then floral with white flower fragrances. The mouthfeel is lively, with very fresh citrus touches. Then it becomes much broader and silkier, accompanied by flavours of peach in syrup. The end is rich and explosive.

CAVA GRAN CUVÉE

HARMONY - SMOTH - FRESH

  • DO Penedes

  • VarietiesMacabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada

  • Type: Brut Nature (sucre residual <3 gr/l)

  • Ageing: 30 months

  • Alcohol: 11.5º

  • Recommendations: Keep in a cool place and protect from sunlight. Serve chilled ( between 6ºC – 8ºC )

  • The nose is lively and fresh, a bouquet of apple blossoms with a touch of peach and aniseed aromas, which disappear in front of notes of lightly toasted almonds. The mouthfeel is soft, fruity and fresh. On the palate, notes of fruit in syrup are discovered. The finish in the mouth is long.

CAVA ROSÉ BRUT NATURE

DRY - INTENSE - JOYOUS

  • D.O Penedes

  • Varieties: Pinot Noir and Red Garnacha

  • Type: Brut Nature (residual sugars < 3gr/l )

  • Ageing: 15 months

  • Alcohol: 11.5º

  • Recommendations: Serve chilled ( between 6ºC – 8ºC)

  • The nose, expressive, reveals delicious aromas of red fruit and anise. The mouthfeel is creamy and generous, at the same time very fresh. On the palate, the red fruit sweetness dissipates and becomes lighter. It lends itself to tastings both at the beginning and at the end of an evening.

WHITE WINE

​ABSORBING - DELICATE - ENTICING

  • Varieties:  30% Chardonnay and 70% Xarel·lo 

  • Vintage: 2023

  • Alcohol: 11.5% vol.

  • Total acidity: 3,35 g/L

  • pH: 3

  • Recommendations: Keep in a cool place and protect from sunlight. Serve chilly (between 6ºC – 8ºC).

  • Nose: Clean and fresh, with aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon, lemon peel and a bit of tropical fruit like pineapple.

  • Palate: The wine is fresh, elegant with citric notes. Well balanced and delicate.

ROSÉ WINE

FRESH - DELICATE - ACCOMPLISHED

  • Varieties: Merlot

  • Vintage: 2022

  • Alcohol: 11.5% vol.

  • Total acidity: 3,35 g/L

  • pH: 3

  • Recommendations: Keep in a cool place and protect from sunlight. Serve chilly (between 6ºC – 8ºC).

  • The nose is wide and expressive and at the same time fresh and young. It gives off the aroma of forest fruit (wild raspberries, cherry, blackcurrant) combined with floral notes of red rose. The mouthfeel is silky and delicate. On the palate it is soft, fruity and very refreshing.

RED WINE

ENVELOPING - ALLURING - DELICATE

  • Varieties. Merlot

  • Vintage: 2021

  • Alcohol: 13.5% vol.

  • Total acidity: 3 g/L

  • pH: 3,51

  • Recommendations: Keep in a cool place and protect from sunlight. Serve at room temperature (between 16ºC – 18ºC).

  • Its cherry red colour, vigorous and generous, announces the silky tannins that will be found at the first taste. It offers subtle and pure notes of forest fruit (freshly picked wild raspberry, cherry, blackcurrant) combined with floral notes of red rose. The mouthfeel is silky and delicate. On the palate, it is characterized by a harmonious structure and by its vivacity and freshness.
